Complain about an item

If something on the record misquotes a paper, is about a person rather than a result, carries personal information, infringes a right, or is dangerous, say so here. A steward looks at every complaint. An item can be put under review (hidden while they look) or withdrawn from view; either act is logged publicly with the reason, and the log keeps the item's hash for good.

What you write here is kept privately for the stewards and is never published. The record itself cannot be rewritten; what can happen is that an item stops being shown, with the decision on the log. Security issues go to the repository's SECURITY.md instead.
